Before you pay

Does paying change how you rank?
No. Ranking on a launch day is by upvotes and nothing else. Money buys the date, never the position.
Does paying skip the review?
No. Every product is still checked, and a paid one is only ever escalated to a person rather than refused automatically. If we do have to turn it down, you get your money back.
Who handles the payment?
Polar is our merchant of record. They take the payment, issue the invoice and handle the tax. Your invoices live in your billing settings.
Can I get a refund?
Before your product launches, yes. Email [email protected] and the date is released. Once it has launched, the thing you bought has been delivered. Sponsorships stop at the end of the month you have paid for.
