Something I've been thinking about while working on AI agents:
We spend a lot of time making agents complete tasks, but less time thinking about how to reconstruct what happened during execution.
Imagine an agent that calls five APIs, retrieves context, retries a failed operation, and produces the correct answer.
Now imagine something goes wrong.
Can you see which tool failed? What context it used? Why it retried? Whether approval was required?
And can you replay that execution safely without repeating real-world actions?
This is an underrated challenge of moving AI agents from demos to real products.

Found out this week that ChatGPT was quoting wrong prices for my product.
ChatGPT and Copilot search through Bing, and when someone asks about BlaBlaScribe, Bing pulls the answer from directory listings, not from my site. Half of those listings still had my old free plan, a 4 GB file limit I raised to 8 GB months ago, and a privacy line I wrote before adding translation and dubbing providers.
So I spent the day going through every listing and fixing the facts: 30 free minutes, plans from $14/month, files up to 8 GB, and an honest note that translation runs through Gemini and dubbing through ElevenLabs.
Lesson: once you're in a few directories, they become your public spec sheet for AI search. Worth checking yours.

I'm an indie maker currently building WattFacts, a website focused on helping people in Texas better understand electricity costs, compare energy options, and make smarter decisions.
I started this project with two simple goals: to create something genuinely useful for people and to work toward my own financial independence.
I'm building WattFacts independently, learning and improving things along the way. One of my biggest challenges is figuring out how to attract visitors and grow a useful website in a competitive market.

I built PokeSurvivor Online as an independent companion website for players who want clearer answers before and during a run. The site brings together a beginner guide, a move and evolution reference, and practical help for browser, phone, keyboard, sound, and save questions. Shooting on a white background? The background usually isn't the problem - the lighting is. Three fixes for most gray-or-tinted-background shots:
One soft light at about 45 degrees. Mixed color temperatures (window + desk lamp) leave green or orange edge casts that read as a dirty background.
Pull the subject 30-50 cm off the backdrop. A tight gap throws a hard contact shadow; distance lets the light wrap and the shadow soften.
Expose for the background, not the subject: raise exposure until the histogram's right edge just kisses clipping, then pull back a touch.
Quick test: tap the darkest edge of your subject and the background - if the background sits near the right edge without touching it, you're set.
