Support
Need a hand? A person answers.
Awesome Indie is built and run by one maker. Every channel below reaches him, whether you use the website or the iOS and Android app. Same account, same rules, same inbox.
Ways to reach us
Best for anything about your account, a listing, a payment or a bug. Replies usually arrive within two working days.
Live chat
The chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the website. When nobody is online, your message is kept and answered by email.
Status
If something looks down, check here first. Incidents and maintenance are posted as they happen.
Things you can do yourself
Most requests we get are already a switch in Settings. Every one of these works the same in the app.
Delete your account
On the website, Settings → Account. In the app, Settings → Delete account. Your profile, products, comments, upvotes and streak go with it, immediately and for everyone.
Turn notifications off, or pick which ones
Settings → Notifications holds one switch per event, shared between email, browser and phone. The app has the same screen.
Report a product, comment or post
Use the “…” menu on the thing itself. A person reads every report; you will not hear back unless we need more from you.
Block a member
The “…” menu on a profile or comment. Blocks are private and one-directional; the app lists them under Settings → Blocked members.
Fix your own listing
Open your product and use Edit. Changes to the name, link, description and images go live straight away.
Find an invoice
Settings → Invoices lists every Pro and Skip the Line payment. Refunds are by email.
When you write in
A little context saves a round trip. None of it is required.
Reporting a bug
Say what you expected and what happened instead. From the app, add the version shown at the bottom of Settings, plus your phone model and OS version. A screenshot beats a paragraph.
Something about a launch
Check the FAQ and How it works first; review timing, launch dates and ranking are all explained there. If not, include the product’s link.
