BrokerKit is a cloud-based platform that assists real estate agencies with employee recruitment and onboarding. The BrokerKit application enables users to launch customizable recruitment campaigns, capture leads via landing pages, and segment prospects based on attributes such as company, city, and production values.

Administrators can provide role-based access to team members, import leads from BrokerMetrics or MarketView, and send emails and appointment requests via Google Suite integration. Plus, team members can access the mobile-responsive user interface on phones and tablets, enabling monitoring of recruitment campaigns and conversion tracking on the go.
