Founded in 2001,Energy Design Systems (EDS), an industry leader in providing and implementing HVAC engineering and sales systems; and ground-breaking marketing programs for over 20 years. EDS serves manufacturers, distributors, and contractors associated with the HVAC industry in North America. EDS allows service contractors to operate their business from anywhere. With the help of Load Calculator and Home Auditor, the company has revolutionized the way of carrying out HVAC system calculations.
The fastest load calculator available. Heating systems sized in accordance with ACCA Manual J 8th edition Heat Loss Load Calculation formulas. This intuitive sales tool can be mastered in minutes and help differentiate you from your competition when utilized appropriately as part of an integrated Buyer Guidance (Sales) Process. This is a critical step in the Buyer Guidance Process that over 80% of all salespeople fail to do. This simple step will help you legally and ethically discredit contractors that size systems based on existing equipment, square footage or unreliable and inaccurate rules of thumb. The process can be performed remotely to estimate the load and then trued-up once in the home.
Show your customer exactly how and where they can save money by using your services. EDS Auditor is the quickest, most contractor and consumer friendly, supremely accurate heat loss/heat gain load calculation and home performance modeling software on the planet! All the calculations are based on industry standards from ACCA, AHRI, and the DOE. It is one of the only software programs that allows a user to calibrate and true up energy calculations to the customer’s actual utility bills.
