Manticore Search is a free, fast and easy to use open source database for search. It has a similar functionality to Elasticsearch, but being written in C++ it outperforms it by up to 29x in terms of search response time. Our second priority is ease of use. With Manticore Search you can easily set up full-text and faceted search for your application, be it a website or an e-commerce, do big data analytics, geo search, persistent querying and many other things.
