Therapy-based, sugar-quitting, habit-change iOS app
Do you sometimes wish you could liberate yourself from the sweet poison called sugar? Sugarless is an iOS app which helps you quit or reduce sugar in your life. It does so through daily logging, growing a virtual garden, research-based tips, and guiding you through a structured self-understanding journey. It utilizes principles from cognitive-behavioral therapy, which make it not just another habit tracker, but a full-fledged companion in overcoming unhealthy sugar habits.
