Our mission is to help businesses connect and develop their employees to build a highly engaged, skilled and productive workforce.
We believe that when employees feel heard and valued, companies thrive. By giving employees a voice and addressing issues like poor management, toxic cultures and limited growth opportunities, we enable employers to identify and resolve problems before they lead to disengagement and churn.
We are also revolutionising L&D, by moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach. Our platform reinforces, personalises and gamifies learning, aligning to each employee's unique needs, to create a culture of continuous improvement.
By creating a great employee experience, Cognexo is helping redefine the employee / employer relationship
Proof points?
- Our AI-powered engagement and development solution enhances the employee experience at each stage in the journey.
- We believe that development and engagement should start early in the lifecycle as the best way to address a problem is prevent it happening in the first place. [Tell us where your pain points are in that journey and we can show you how we’ll fix them]
- Engagement: By using light-touch, response-driven surveys, Cognexo can elevate your current engagement programme by detecting and escalating staff issues in real-time – helping our clients reduce turnover by 50%.
- Development: In the same platform, we can also deliver daily personalised learning which will reinforce content from existing L&D programmes, to increase their effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
- We can work as a stand-alone solution or enhance your existing people programme. If a company already has an LMS, then we can seamlessly integrate with it to reinforce it’s content. Or if you an existing engagement strategy we can enhance that through automated issue detection and escalation.
