I’m working on a small release habit for public-data tooling: every change should retain its source context, an observed time, a stable identifier, and a clear warning when the input is incomplete. It makes a difference when a buyer needs to decide whether a data change is actionable or just needs a human review. The question I’m still testing: what is the minimum evidence you want before a change reaches a workflow—source reference, before/after values, confidence, or all of the above?
