The core of ClanPlan is a shared calendar, where members can create and update events that automatically sync across all devices. This makes it easy to coordinate family activities, school schedules, or appointments without needing multiple apps.

Alongside the calendar, ClanPlan provides real-time location sharing with full privacy controls. Members can view each other on a shared map, add important places like home, school, or work, and receive alerts when someone arrives or leaves a location.

The app also includes built-in group chat, allowing all communication to stay within the same space where planning happens. This reduces the need for scattered text messages or switching to external chat apps.

To keep daily life organized, ClanPlan offers shared to-do lists and reminders. Any member can create tasks, assign them, and mark them as complete, making it useful for groceries, chores, and other collaborative tasks.
