A quick one for anyone cutting product photos: if your subject comes back with a faint colored outline (a halo) after background removal, it's usually not the model failing — it's blended pixels. Hair, fur, and glass mix subject and background colors, and the blend keeps the old background's tint when you move the cutout somewhere new.
Three fixes:
Self-check: drop the cutout on a mid-gray canvas. White hides light fringes; gray exposes them.
