Hey everyone! 👋

I’m building TestnHire, a talent assessment platform that helps businesses evaluate candidates based on their skills, not just their resumes.

Recruiters can create customized assessments, evaluate candidates in bulk, automate scoring, and review performance reports. We also offer an AI Job Description Generator to simplify hiring workflows.

I’d love to hear from HR professionals, recruiters, and founders:

💬 What’s your biggest challenge when screening and evaluating candidates?

I’m looking for honest feedback to make TestnHire more useful for hiring teams.
