EpicMail is a unified inbox and email client for web and Android that connects Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, IMAP, and POP3 accounts into one workspace. It is designed for people managing multiple mailboxes across personal, client, and business contexts, such as consultants, freelancers, founders, and operations staff. The service brings all accounts together so users can read, search, label, filter, and reply from a single place, avoiding the need to switch tabs or apps.
The product supports standard IMAP and legacy POP3 alongside mainstream providers, making it useful for bringing older mailboxes into a modern workflow. Features include cross-account search, unified labels, custom filters, per-account signatures, and background sync with manual refresh. A web app and an Android app are available, with sync scheduled approximately every five minutes.
EpicMail offers a free tier called Adventurer with up to three accounts and one gigabyte of storage, which can be used indefinitely. Paid plans start at 99 cents per month and include premium features such as EpicEncryption for end-to-end encryption of selected emails and Mail Lists for sending to saved groups of up to fifty contacts. A valid card is required before connecting email accounts to prevent abuse, but the free plan bills zero unless upgraded.
