RosarioSIS has reached 7500 (reported) installations! That means 7500 schools have installed RosarioSIS to test it or use it in production since 2019. Read the blog post and get detailed statistics about schools, students, countries, and more here: https://www.rosariosis.org/articles/7500-installations/

One thing I keep seeing in marketplace seller groups: photos shot on a white poster board still look gray once uploaded. That's because camera metering renders a white sweep as light gray - the pixels sit around 240-250 instead of 255. Marketplaces normalize to pure white, so the difference shows up as a visible gray box in category grids. What actually works: don't chase the exposure slider (product highlights clip along with the background). Cut the product out and place it on a fresh pure-white canvas - uniform 255 white behind an untouched product, no matter how the original was lit. I build a little browser tool that does exactly this cut-and-fill in one click: https://cleanwhitebg.com - upload, get a white background back, re-upload to the marketplace. Full disclosure: it's my product, so weigh this post accordingly. Curious what sellers here do for white-background requirements - re-shoot, edit manually, or automate?

What if combining two names didn’t have to sound awkward? I kept running into this while creating couple names, character names, and usernames, so I built Names Combiner to test different blends instead of simply smashing two names together. Sometimes the best result comes from a syllable. Sometimes it’s just a few letters from each name. What would you keep when combining two names: the sound, the meaning, or the original names?
